- Advertising rep must be
at least 18 years of age to participate in this program.

- Advertising rep is an independent
contractor and is not an employee of eShay.com and is entitled
only to benefits as described in the program

- Rep acknowledges that his
or her name matches the name on the credit card, check used for
enrolling in this program.

- Rep acknowledges that he
or she is in business for him or herself and agrees to abide by
all local, state, and federal laws with respect to business practices
and taxes.

- Rep acknowledges that eShay.com
can, at its sole discretion, terminate a reps participation in
this program at any time, without prejudice, for any acts, whether
intentional or unintentional, that can or may be detrimental to
eShay.com, its suppliers and vendors, its employees and agents,
and business partners.

- Rep acknowledges that no
warranty of income is made by anyone in affiliation with eShay.com
and that eShay.com assumes no liability for any oversights on
part of advertising rep.

- Rep acknowledges that eShay.com
is liable only for commissions payable to rep as per the guidelines
set forth in the the program details.

- Rep agrees that participation
in this program does not violate any laws in the jurisdiction
where the rep resides.

- Rep acknowledges that eShay.com
can, at is sole discretion, amend any of the provisions of the
program details and that the rep is covered by the provisions
of the program details at the date which the rep submitted the
employment form to eShay.com.
